SPSA is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This policy covers how SPSA treats personal information that we receive. Personal information is defined as information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, mailing address, email address, or other contact information that is not otherwise publicly available. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website, unless otherwise posted.

This Data Security and Privacy Policy is effective for all users to coincide with the enhanced data protection rights required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

SPSA does not collect personal or business addresses or any personally identifiable information on visitors to our site without your permission. SPSA DOES NOT SELL personal information submitted by visitors to our site with other people or with other companies. We limit access to personal information to company employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services that you ordered and to contracted entities that agree to adhere to our privacy policy.

Like most websites, the SPSA Web sites use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize SPSA pages, or register with SPSA site or services, a cookie helps SPSA to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same SPSA Web site, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the SPSA features that you customized

This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used by SPSA for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the SPSA Web site. There is also information about your computer hardware and software that is automatically collected by SPSA.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the SPSA services or Web sites you visit.
