Attention SPSA2020 Attendees,
The SPSA is committed to assisting in the provision of childcare for those in need during the conference hours of 7:30 am to 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 9; Friday, January 10, and Saturday, January 11. Childcare will be provided in the parent’s/guardian’s hotel room at the Caribe Hilton. There is a four hour minimum for each day needed. The parent is responsible for half of the child care fee. The parent is also responsible for providing food/beverages for his/her child(ren).
Note: Cancellation/No Show fees are the responsibility of the parent/guardian, as are any charges outside of the 7:30 am to 7:00 pm time block.
To take advantage of this offer, you will need to print and complete the form (click here) and return it to spsa.finance@spsa.net. All arrangements must be made through the SPSA prior to December 30, 2019. The SPSA will contact Nanny On Call PR with your information. Nanny On Call will reach out to you to complete your childcare reservation.
