SPSA 2022 New Hybrid Participation Option

Due to recent developments related to the Omicron variant of COVID-19, and in response to feedback from the SPSA membership, the SPSA Council is transitioning the 2022 Annual Conference to a hybrid meeting allowing for both in-person and virtual participation. We are implementing a Zoom based interface to allow virtual attendees to view and participate in the in-person panel rooms during the meeting in San Antonio. Details will be forthcoming, and you do not have to declare whether you will attend virtually or in-person before the meeting (both modes will be available to all attendees). We hope this makes our meeting accessible to those who cannot, for safety or other reasons, make the trip to San Antonio this year.

NOTE: For those of you that withdrew and wish to participate virtually, we welcome you. Please email us at info@spsa.net to have your paper reinstated.

Regular Registration Rates

Extended to January 11th

Given the recent changes to the conference, our meeting registration fees will remain fixed at the "regular" level until January 11th for all 2022 SPSA attendees. On January 12th the higher "day of conference" registration fees will go into effect for the meeting.

COVID-19 Safety Protocols

In-person attendees to the 2022 SPSA Conference are expected to be fully vaccinated when attending meeting events. We also ask that attendees wear masks, and practice social distancing protocols when possible. The Association will have hand sanitizer and masks available for those who need them. Thank you for helping to keep our meeting safe for everyone.
