The Summer Conference consists of two days of virtual research panels, a virtual poster session, and six half-day Professional Development Workshops. All activities take place online, and participants will be sent instructions for logging into the conference before events begin. Deadline for proposals is May 15th, 2024.
If you attended the SPSA Annual Conference last January in New Orleans, you do NOT have to register for the Summer Conference separately. Registration for the summer meeting was included in your January meeting registration fees. If you did not participate in the in-person meeting in January, you can join the Southern Political Science Association and register for the Summer Conference at this link: https://spsa.users.membersuite.com/home
Please click on the “2024 SPSA Summer Meeting” tile to begin the registration process.
If you wish to participate in one or more of the SPSA/KiND Professional Development Workshops, you can learn more about them at this website: https://www.kindinstitute.net/spsa2023june
You must register with the KiND Institute at the link above to participate in the workshops, but all workshop fees are included with your registration.
If you did not attend the January SPSA meeting, then you must join the Association and pay a registration fee in order to participate in the Virtual Summer Meeting. Membership in the SPSA is $85, and Summer Virtual Meeting registration is $85.
