Elements in Law, Economics, and Politics is a dynamic and interdisciplinary outlet publishing two types of contributions:
· critical analyses of the existing literature based on either innovative theoretical and empirical models or novel datasets;
· original pieces opening ground-breaking streams of literature, or reshaping in an unexpected way the mainstream.
